Dawn Berry, owner of the Healing Arts Center, has been practicing acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and functional nutrition in Yamhill County for over 20 years. Dawns interest in health started at a young age. She earned her bachelor’s in science from TCU in Nutrition and Dietetics. Her passion in alternative health care led her to Portland where she graduated with a master’s degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. In 2009 she interned in China where she focused in digestive health. Always wanting to expand her knowledge, Dawn completed the Functional Nutrition Alliance program with Andrea Nakayama and earned her Functional Nutrition Certification. Dawn completed a year and a half long diploma course in dermatology with Dr. Mazin Al-Khafaji, a world-renowned Chinese medicine dermatologist, studying the most common dermatological disorders. She is a member of the (ITCMDA) International Traditional Chinese Medicine Association an international accredited organization.

With over two decades of clinical experience, Dawn serves the needs of each individual. Dawns specialties includes dermatology, all things nutrition, digestive complaints and women’s health. She treats a wide variety of aches and pains with acupuncture, cupping, guasha and moxabustion.
